Salary Range: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00

Desired Skills: PhD or MD. Must be board certified by ABCC(CC), ABCC(TC), ABFT or ABP(CP). Director or Above/Expert. 2+ Years Experience Required

Description:

CLIA Laboratory Director needed for POL management company located NY Metro area and Southern FL.  The Director will oversee both administrative and technical operations of the laboratories.  The selected candidate will oversee staff that operates several remote laboratories. This laboratory performs toxicological drug testing using LC-MS/MS (liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry).  The Director must meet CLIA licensing requirements to oversee a highly complex , toxicology laboratory.  The Director must also have or be eligible for the New York state Laboratory Director Certificate of Qualification in Toxicology or Chemistry.  Florida Director license desirable as well.

​Must have PhD or MD, and must be board certified by one of the following:

ABCC(CC) – American Board of Clinical Chemistry in Clinical Chemistry
ABCC(TC) – American Board of Clinical Chemistry in Toxicological Chemistry
ABFT – American Board of Forensic Toxicology
ABP(CP) – American Board of Pathology in Clinical Pathology

​Strong Method Development experience required
Solid hands-on and technical knowledge of LC-MS/MS testing required
Strong Equipment validation experience preferred
Strong knowledge of CLIA regulations preferred
